Hours of Operation and Directions?

All of our store locations are conveniently located on our website. To access store hours and directions click Stores from the menu bar at the top.

How long is the shipping time?

Campus Outfitters shipping and order processing time frame is 7-10 business days. Items that are out of stock can take up two weeks.

General Sizing Questions?

To better service you, we have a standard sizing chart that is also available from each product detail page.

Where is my refund?

All refunds issued to a credit card will be processed within 24-48 hours after returned product is received. A refund check will be issued within 3-4 business weeks after product is returned.

What uniform does my child wear?

To find what uniform your child wears, enter your child's school code and choose the appropriate grade and gender.

I only received part of my order, where is the rest of it?

Campus Outfitters ships from several locations which can result in partial shipments. Please feel free to call Campus Outfitters Customer Service department for verification.

How do I return and/or exchange my items?

What does CVV stand for on the payment information page?

CVV stands for Card Verification Value and is the 3 digit code located on the back of Visa, Master Card, and Discover credit cards. On the American Express credit card, the CVV number is the 4 digit code located on the front of the card.

What is my “School Code”?

To find your school code, select Request Code in the Find School box on the top left corner of the page, or call/email the Campus Outfitters Customer Service department.

How do I use my gift card to pay for my order?

You may use your gift card when placing an order on the website by simply adding it as a payment type during the checkout process, or you may call Customer Service to place an order over the phone.

What is the balance on my Gift Card?

For a balance inquiry on a gift card, please use our Balance Inquiry page. If you have further questions about your balance, please call Customer Service and provide them with the card number on the back of your card.
