Gift Cards

Gift Cards are available for purchase at Campus Outfitters retail locations or by contacting Customer Service. Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise at CampusOutfitters.com and any Campus Outfitters retail location. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.

Redemption

Upon redemption, the gift card balance will be immediately reduced, and any unused balance shall be carried over for future CampusOutfitters.com or Campus Outfitters retail purchases. Unused balances cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

When shopping online, the order total includes the price of product(s), sales tax where applicable, and shipping costs. If the order total is more than the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid for by credit card or an additional gift card. If the gift card is redeemed at CampusOutfitters.com, the maximum amount possible will be charged to the gift card.

View Your Balance

A gift card balance may be viewed with a valid gift card number and PIN on CampusOutfitters.com. Check Gift Card Balance.

Returns

Campus Outfitters gift cards may not be returned or cancelled after purchase. If you return product originally purchased with a gift card, any refund will be issued in the form of another gift card.

Lost or Stolen Gift Cards

Gift cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without your permission. Please treat them like cash.
